I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years. I am a wife and mother of 2 children. I have been passionate about helping people since a young age. The combination of my passion for helping others, my life experience, and my professional background makes me a well-rounded therapist. I believe in the holistic approach (healing mind, body, and soul). I absolutely love what I do!

I see children 10 years old through adults. I specialize in spirituality, relationships with the self and others (boundaries/communication/etc…), parenting/motherhood, self-discovery/identity issues, anxiety, and trauma.

The modalities I commonly use are brainspotting, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, a whole-brain approach with children, and trauma-informed. I am trained and utilize modalities that fit each person.
